Sr. Marketing Manager

Position Overview
As Mirah’s Sr. Marketing Manager, you will help develop and drive the marketing and communications plan in support of lead generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness. You are a skilled marketer with experience crafting compelling copy and content that informs and inspires.
An attention to detail and eye for quality are critical to your success, along with an ability to grasp and present our product’s value proposition in a way that resonates and clearly articulates how we solve our buyers’ problems. You are obsessed with tracking performance – and will develop the data to prove what’s working and what isn’t.
The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and leading marketing strategy, plan development, and growing the brand across the healthcare industry.
Main Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Create compelling content for multiple platforms (website, social media, email, blogs, etc.)
Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for differentiation
Collaborate with sales team to generate and nurture leads
Plan and execute webinars, virtual events, and in-person industry events
Analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports
Maintain and update the company website
Manage relationships with external marketing vendors and agencies as needed
Other duties, as required, including adhering to policies for information security, confidentiality, and privacy
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or healthcare technology
Proven track record in digital marketing, content creation, and lead generation
Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to work independently
